Walking in nature is a powerful way to support personal growth and healing. The conversations flow just like in an online session, but now with physical movement and the calming effects of nature. We can also use the natural surroundings as metaphors for what’s happening in your life. Being outside together also fosters a sense of connection between coach and client. During these walks, we’ll look for clarity, fresh perspectives, and creative solutions to the challenges on your path.

Online coaching
Online sessions allow you to join from your own familiar space at a time that suits you best. No travel required—saving you time and energy. It’s an accessible and effective way to receive guidance and support.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
A therapist helps people with psychological challenges and processing intense life events. Therapy often focuses on the past: it aims to understand the root causes of current behavior. If your concerns are psychological in nature—like trauma, anxiety disorders, or clinical depression—it’s best to seek support from a licensed therapist.
A coach may also look at the underlying mechanisms of behavior but doesn’t go deep into your past. A coach works with what’s happening in the present, what you want for the future, and how to get there. Coaching is more future- and action-oriented. With your coach’s support, you’ll gain insight and learn how to move forward—now and in the future.
How do I find the right coach?
Look for a coach with relevant certifications, experience, and a coaching style that resonates with you. An initial session can help you get a feel for whether their expertise fits your needs and goals.
What’s the difference between a coach and talking to a friend?
A coach is independent. In coaching, it’s 100% about you.
A coach is objective. I ask insightful, sometimes challenging questions—always with care and without judgment—to help you see yourself clearly.
A coach is goal-oriented and works methodically, in a way that suits you. A good chat with a friend can bring relief (and is absolutely needed sometimes!). But conversation alone doesn’t always lead to change. In a coaching session, we work together to define your goals—and make sure you actually reach them.
Is life coaching confidential?
Confidentiality is essential in coaching. Coaches follow strict ethical guidelines and keep your information private. Your personal information, conversations, and progress are handled with care—unless there’s a legal obligation or you’ve explicitly given consent to share certain information.
How long does a coaching process usually take?
The duration varies depending on your needs and goals. Most clients feel ready to move forward after about 4 to 5 sessions. Sessions are usually scheduled closer together at first (every 2–3 weeks), with more time between them later (every 4–6 weeks). This space between sessions helps you integrate new insights into daily life. The number of sessions is always discussed and tailored to your situation.

Individual Sessions
- 45 minute session: € 75
- 60 minute session: € 100
- 90 minute session: € 150
Packages (60-minute sessions)
- 3 sessions: € 270 (€ 10 discount per session)
- 5 sessions: € 425 (€ 15 discount per session)
- 10 sessions: € 800 (€ 20 discount per session)
Three sessions may be enough to tackle smaller challenges. Complex issues often take more time. Unlearning habits and building healthier ones doesn’t happen overnight—it takes time, patience, willpower, and a bit of self-love.
