Movement has always helped me get through difficult times, but above all, I simply enjoy it. Kundalini Yoga is, for me, a nourishing blend of breathwork, sound, and movement.
After several online trainings, I completed a KRI teacher training with Gurmukh, Gurushabd, and their team (Golden Bridge) in India. It was a beautiful and transformative experience that I will often look back on. While I remain fascinated by the effects of kriyas and meditations, I now happily share my knowledge through classes, workshops, and coaching.
Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that combines breathing, movement, mudras, mantras, and meditation to bring your energy system into balance. It’s usually a bit more dynamic than classical hatha yoga.
A class often consists of a set sequence of exercises (a kriya) and a meditation. Many people experience greater clarity, focus, and emotional resilience as a result.
A kriya usually has a specific theme, such as strengthening immunity, releasing anger or negative thoughts, opening the heart, and so on. I enjoy working with complementary meditations and mudras.
