While dynamic styles of yoga focus more on the muscles, Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and go a little deeper.  <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this gentle flow, we move through Yin poses that we hold for around three minutes. By consciously relaxing the muscles and allowing time to do its work, you give the deeper connective tissues, tendons, and joints space to soften and release. This creates more physical space and flexibility while also supporting your body\u2019s natural recovery process.   <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yin Yoga is a meditative practice centred around stillness.
